The Castner Glacier lies on the southern flank of the Delta Range, an eastern section of the Alaska Range. The valley glacier begins on White Princess Peak and continues twelve miles to the head of Castner Creek northwest of Paxson. The glacier is on Bureau of Land Management land. Its ice caves are popular with hikers.
